For summer activities and cabin reservations, a deposit of half the total trip cost will be required to hold the desired dates. Total or partial amount of deposit for any activity can only be refunded in the event of illness, death, or some other reasonable manner of cancellation.
In the event that Beard Mountain Ranch should cancel for any reason, total amount of deposit shall be refunded, and the above mentioned shall make every reasonable attempt to make other arrangements for you.
We accept cash, personal checks, or travelers checks, sorry no credit cards.

7-8 hr ride (full day) $125.00 per person
Horseback Pack Trips
$245.00 per day per person
Drop Camps
$425.00 minimum or
$150.00 per wrangler
$75.00 per pack animal per trip
